Cedar Room
Downstairs bedroom. Furnishings include a king size Tempur-pedic bed, electric fireplace, ceiling fan, HD television with Direct TV along with a private bath and Jacuzzi tub. Adorned with antiques and cedar walls and trim.

Upstairs includes the Oak Room and the Pine Room
Upstairs consists of 2 bedrooms each with queen size beds. The Oak Room has a queen size sleeper sofa and the Pine Room has a fold down child bed. Each bedroom has an HD flat-screen television, ceiling fan and window seat.

Rent the downstairs as a vacation rental - $150

Kitchen includes dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, iron, microwave, refrigerator, Jenn-Aire stove top, and dishwasher. A charcoal grill and charcoal smoker are also available for use. Cowboy fire-pit is perfect for roasting marshmallows and an evening with the stars.
The gameroom has Foos ball and the living room sports a 60" television with an HD DVD player.
Outdoor activites include volleyball, croquet, hammock and basketball goal.

Vacation Rental does not include meals - $50 cleaning fee additional.

Reservation Policy
Check In: 3 pm Check Out: 11 am
Full payment is due upon reservation.
Cancellations: A $25 cancellation fee is charged for cancellations. If cancellation is made less than 7 days before arrival and we are unable to re-book your room, then the full room rate for your entire stay will not be refunded. We realize that cancellations can not always be avoided. If you are able to reserve another available date within 30 days of your originally scheduled stay, we will apply the $25 fee towards your stay.

General Policies
Vacation rental - Taxes are not included in the room rate. We are subject to a 6% Hotel Tax.
Full House Rental per night including tax is $212. There is a one time $50 cleaning fee per stay.
Downstairs rental per night including tax is $159.00 There is a one time $50 cleaning fee per stay.
Indoor Smoking Allowed: NO Limited/Outdoors only
Guest Pets Allowed: No
Children Allowed: YES
Zip Inn is not responsible for lost items left in room after checkout.​
